California Privacy Notice

This notice supplements our Privacy Policy for California residents, to the extent the CCPA as amended by the CPRA applies.

We do not sell personal information for money. Sharing with Meta for advertising happens only after you accept optional cookies and stops when you opt out or send GPC. We don't classify ordinary photos as biometric data because we don't use them to identify anyone.
Your rights
You may request to know what we collect and disclose and get a portable copy; correct inaccurate information; delete information (subject to exceptions); opt out of sale/sharing; and limit use of sensitive information. We use sensitive information only to provide the service, so no further limitation is needed. We won't discriminate against you for using these rights.
How to exercise them
Use our request form or email support@lolme.shop. To opt out of sharing, use Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information or turn on Global Privacy Control — no account or verification needed. Authorized agents may submit requests; we may ask for proof of authority.
We confirm access, correction and deletion requests within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days (extendable once by up to 45 days with notice). Opt-outs take effect in your browser immediately and are processed for your account within 15 business days. Requests are free.
Minors and incentives
LOLme is for adults 18+. We have no actual knowledge of selling or sharing information of anyone under 16. Office contest prizes (free credits) are not tied to the value of your personal information.
